Leaders from diverse businesses can choose to create or join a high fidelity team committed to each others' true success. Meeting on a regular cadence in a highly facilitated context, these forums can fast-track learning by leveraging peer insights and practicing new tools in real time.
Forums often kick off with life walks and enneagram typing in order to rapidly build rapport, and then meet monthly for 6-9 month increments.
